PROGRAMS

Structured programs for individuals seeking serious inner development. Compatible and complementary extra-curriculum content for yoga schools, teachers, and practitioners.

For Yoga Schools, Teachers, and Practitioners

Most yoga schools teach the physical practice beautifully. What they rarely have the structure to offer is what comes next — the philosophical depth, the contemplative dimensions, the inner work that makes the outer practice fully alive.

Our two six-week programs are designed as extra-curriculum content. Compatible with any existing teacher training or studio program. Something genuine to offer your students and teachers beyond the mat.

Foundations of Yoga History & Philosophy — a six-week program covering the wisdom and practice of the higher limbs of yoga. $300 AUD per participant.

Foundations of Kabbalah — a six-week program introducing the philosophical framework and practice of Kabbalistic wisdom. $300 AUD per participant.

Both programs together — $500 AUD.

Delivered live online via Zoom, with recordings available. Fully compatible and complementary to your existing curriculum.

For schools and studios: If you have a group of eight or more, we can run a dedicated program exclusively for your school at a fixed fee. Partnership and referral arrangements are also available.

ENLIGHTEN - 12 weeks

From Reactivity to Inner Authority

There is a version of you that is not at the mercy of your circumstances.

This is the signature program of the Kabbalah Yoga Institute. A twelve-week online group program that brings together yogic contemplative practice, Kabbalistic wisdom, and a therapeutic depth of approach to genuine inner work.

Maximum twelve participants. Weekly ninety-minute live sessions via Zoom, supported by video teachings, in-depth notes, guided meditations, and a private WhatsApp group.

You will leave with:

  • The capacity to respond from genuine inner clarity rather than automatic reaction

  • A quiet steadiness that remains accessible even when life is challenging

  • Understanding of why you repeat certain patterns — and the means to change them

  • A deepening connection to the purpose of your life

  • Glimpses of joy and beauty as inner states, not dependent on outer circumstances

Investment: $880 AUD

A brief suitability call is required for all new participants.

A note on sequencing

ENLIGHTEN is most fully absorbed when participants have completed Foundations of Yoga Philosophy and Foundations of Kabbalah. These two six-week programs run consecutively and provide the grounding that makes the deeper work of ENLIGHTEN land at a different level. Each program can also be taken independently.

Foundations of Yoga History and Philosophy

A six-week program

The aim of yoga has always been the same — the liberation of human consciousness from the patterns of reactivity, suffering, and the illusion of separation. This six-week program traces the aim from its ancient roots to its contemporary relevance, giving participants the historical grounding, philosophical depth, and practical understanding to bring the full dimension of the practice into their teaching and their lives.

Week 1 — What Is Yoga Pointing Toward? We begin with honest reflection what is yoga to you, where did you encounter this practice, and what do you believe it is pointing toward? From that ground, the first teaching emerges: what yoga philosophy says about the nature of human existence and the state of liberation that is not an achievement but our birthright.

Week 2 — Origins and Transmission Yoga is among the oldest living wisdom paths on earth, with roots in the Indus Valley civilisation dating back 5,000 years. We trace its origins from the earliest Vedic texts through the Upanishads, the Bhagavad Gita, and Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, understanding how this wisdom was first transmitted orally from teacher to student, and how it was eventually committed to writing.

Week 3 — The Schools and Paths of Yoga The tradition recognised that human beings are wired differently and offered multiple complete paths to the same destination. We explore the major schools — Jnana, Bhakti, Karma, Raja, Hatha, Tantra, Kundalini, and Mantra Yoga — understanding what each offers, who each path speaks to, and how each one, followed with sincerity and depth, leads toward the same state of liberation.

Week 4 — The Eight Limbs — The Complete Map Patanjali's eight limbs offer the most systematic map of the complete yoga path. We move through all eight Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, and Samadhi with particular attention to the inner limbs that most modern training programs never reach. This is the architecture of a complete practice and the direct path toward self-realisation.

Week 5 — Yoga Meets the West From Swami Vivekananda's address in Chicago in 1893 to the global spread of asana-based practice in the 20th century, we trace how yoga reached the Western world and what happened in the exchange. We examine the commercial effect, what was lost in translation, and why restoring the inner dimensions of the practice matters not as a criticism of modern yoga but as an honest understanding of what the complete path offers.

Week 6 — Integration — Living the Philosophy The final week brings everything together. How does this understanding change the way you practice, the way you teach, and the way you live? Participants leave with a clear philosophical foundation, a deepened sense of the purpose of their practice, and practical tools for bringing this understanding into their daily life and their work with students.

This program is for yoga students, practitioners, teachers, yoga schools, training programs and anyone with a genuine interest in the history and philosophy of yoga.

Investment $300 (both Foundation courses, 6 weeks $500)

Foundations of kabbalah

A six-week program

Week 1 — What Is Kabbalah Pointing Toward? Kabbalah is not a religion. It is a precise and ancient science of consciousness — a systematic map of the nature of reality and the path from suffering and separation toward fulfilment and union. We establish the foundation of what Kabbalah is and open with honest reflection on what each participant already knows or assumes about this tradition.

Week 2 — Origins and Transmission From its ancient roots in Israel through the Zohar, the teachings of the Ari, and Rav Yehuda Ashlag's 20th century commentary that made this wisdom accessible to the modern world, regardless of religious background — we trace how this knowledge was transmitted and why it matters today.

Week 3 — The Tree of Life and the Sefirot The Tree of Life is one of the most complete maps of consciousness ever developed. We explore its ten attributes — the Sefirot — as a practical tool for self-understanding, mapping the structure of reality, the human psyche, and the path from separation toward union.

Week 4 — Desire, Resistance, and Correction The Kabbalistic understanding of reactivity, ego, and Tikkun — the process of inner correction and refinement. Why are the obstacles in life not interruptions to the path. They are the path.

Week 5 — Kabbalah and Yoga — Two Paths, One Destination. Both traditions identify the root cause of human suffering as the illusion of separation. This week, we place them in direct conversation — where they converge, where they complement each other, and how the gaps in one are filled by the other.

Week 6 — Integration — Living the Wisdom: Bringing everything together. How does this understanding change the way you practice, teach, and meet the ordinary challenges of daily life? Participants leave with a clear foundation and practical tools for bringing this wisdom into their lives and their work with others.

This program is for students of yoga and contemplative practice, therapists, retreat facilitators, teachers, and anyone with a genuine interest in Kabbalistic wisdom and its application to inner development and daily life. No prior knowledge of Kabbalah is required.

Investment: $300 AUD per participant. Both six-week programs together — $500 AUD.

Enlighten - 12 weeks workshop

ENLIGHTEN is a twelve-week structured program of inner work that draws from three distinct sources — yogic contemplative practice, Kabbalistic wisdom, and a therapeutic depth of approach. Together they form a complete and grounded path that is emotionally honest, philosophically rigorous, and built to be lived in the real world.

Each week builds on the last. Teaching, guided inquiry, group work, and experiential practice combine to create a progressive arc of genuine inner development. Between sessions, in-depth notes and video teachings keep the work alive during the week. Guided meditations give you direct tools to apply what you are learning in daily life.

This is not a space for passive consumption. It is a space for honest self-inquiry.

What you will leave with

  • The capacity to respond from genuine inner clarity rather than automatic reaction — being the cause rather than the effect
  • A quiet steadiness that remains accessible even when life is challenging or unpredictable
  • Understanding of why you repeat certain patterns and the means to change them
  • A deepening connection to the purpose of your life
  • Trust and genuine agency in creating real change

How it works

We meet once a week for ninety minutes via Zoom, in an intimate group of no more than twelve participants. A private WhatsApp group holds the space for ongoing reflection and support between sessions. The group is held with care and confidentiality. What is shared in the space stays in the space.

If you show up consistently and bring your genuine self to the process, this work will meet you there

Enlighten-
12 weeks Group workshop

This program is for those carrying a quiet but persistent sense that something is missing. Not necessarily a crisis — more a dullness beneath the surface, a gap between the life that looks functional from the outside and the one that feels fully alive from within. Perhaps you have read, studied, and practised, and yet the wisdom has not fully landed in how you actually live. Something in you knows there is a way to meet life from a much deeper place.

Testimonials

"I loved doing the Enlighten program, though it was very challenging in the beginning, wrestling with my mind. At the time, it was exactly what I needed, as I was experiencing a lot of stress in my family and personal life, and it taught me how to pause and re-regulate, while also showing me why. I had not studied Kabbalah before, and I am now a convert! Getting out of my head and into my body was the magic for me. It’s a practical approach that you have for the rest of your life. Raji is one special and gifted mentor."
Thank you, Raji
