Welcome to The Kabbalah Yoga Institute
The Kabbalah Yoga Institute is an online school dedicated to the contemplative and philosophical dimensions of yoga, integrated with the practical wisdom of Kabbalah. The contemplative practices of yoga train the mind toward stillness, focus and self-perception. Kabbalistic wisdom provides the framework for understanding how that inner work manifests in relationships, in patterns of behaviour and in the choices we make every day.
